Really good Customer Service and Family-Friendly Amenities
immediate help professional staff excellent location
The staff helped me with my luggage immediately upon arrival with my child. This attentiveness was pretty good. Everyone who worked there was really nice and professional. The hotel is fine, and the location is excellent for families.
I noticed no noise abatement. I could hear every motorbike passing at night through the windows.

The hotel provides easy access to many water sports. The beach is easily accessible directly from the hotel. Its proximity to the night market allows for short walks to dinner and shopping. The area offers plenty of activities for families.

The rooms were recently refurbished. They felt refreshed and clean. The beds are awesome, and the pillows are amazing. The premium seaview suite is spacious, though the design felt a little dated with metal fencing.

Breakfast features a lot of variety, and the quality is higher than average. I ate lunch at the hotel one day, and the food was very good and well-presented. I found the food spread great and delicious.

The hotel has really good facilities and many activities to fill the day. Swimming pools and beach activities like water sports and horse riding are available. The gym is well-equipped. The Amazonian waterpark was a hit with the children.

The staff greeted me with a friendly smile each morning. Breakfast was abundant, even having many choices. I found the pools very fun, I liked having two options for swimming. My room offered sufficient space.
I noticed faint noise from passing motorbikes through the windows at night.

My room had great amenities and was super clean. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels. There was also a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks.. All of these items added to the convenience.

The staff was very attentive and always ready to help. They provided prompt responses to my requests and were always polite. Limon from housekeeping and Aslan from baggage services were particularly great.

The location of this hotel is close to several restaurants. Access to the beach is immediate. The ground landscaping is excellent, contributing to a relaxing outdoor atmosphere for a stroll.

wonderful stay
awesome food friendly staff beautiful hotel
the hotel was beautiful under my circumstances. i got a little sunburned. there were not enough umbrellas. the breakfast buffet had awesome food. the staff acted friendly.
prices in the bar and restaurants seemed high. i guess they figured if you can pay for the place, you won't mind the prices.

room cleanliness squeaky bed
The cleanliness in the room was shockingly horrible. i saw dust everywhere including under the desk and the luggage rack. the bed was squeaky. I believe a 5 star hotel should do better.
